This is a good book and it includes reference photos which I really like (although some are seriously underexposed which might be a printing problem and not an actual photographer’s problem). The thing that leaped out at me is that p 7 in the intro it says that there are TEN projects in each section of the book. There are not. There are EIGHT projects per section. And when someone numbered them for the People section, they must have thrown back a couple drinks because here is the project number order: 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 6, 7, 8. So you get your 8 projects, but it can be a little confusing! This problem of 8 vs 10 also means the book description on Amazon is off: it states there are 50 lessons in the book. There are 6 sections, each with 8 lessons, and when I learned my multiplication tables, that works out to 48 lessons.I just received my copy today and my current plan is to keep the book, but I need to go over it a bit more and see if the editorial sloppiness infringed on the actual art instruction!
