I ordered the wrong book but thankfully I was able to use this book for the Speech class I am taking. So far it is working out okay. Unfortunately, the extra speech lab access card does not work at all even though it was sealed. I do not have time to try and get it to work or troubleshoot the situation.I have no complaints with the order itself. The original order was shipped and received in a very timely manner. Even when I notified Amazon.com about the wrong book problem they were willing to have me ship it back for a full refund. Because class already started and the instructor assured me that this version would work, I decided to avoid any hassle of trying to get another book and such.
